2. Upon placing an order for Microsoft and Adobe Licenses, the system will check with you whether you have an existing Microsoft Tenant Id or a new Tenant Id need to be created.

3. The License code Activation would be done within 24 hrs after your payment is received against an order placed.

4. All products are delivered PAN India, electronically.

5. Once the order is paid for, an order mail is send to customers Email Id used at the time of ordering and a copy of the same is send to the delivery team for further process the order.

6. In case case the customer feels there is a change in order send us an email at info@claritusconsulting.com with the order details and within 24 hours of placing the order.
